We guarantee the preparation of the order in a maximum of 2-3 days. The shipping time depends on the transport company, so in the event of any incident you can contact us at: andagajewelry@gmail.com
Returns & Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product for another, you can do so up to 14 calendar days after purchasing it. That is, you must contact us at andagajewelry@gmail.com before those 14 days have passed. The product must be in perfect condition and packed in its original packaging.
- In the event that the product has been used, the change will not be made.
- The customer must send the product under his responsibility and cost to our offices.
- Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- After those 14 calendar days, the change can no longer be made.
If you want to request the change, you must contact us by writing to the email "andagajewelry@gmail.com" and tell us your name, order reference and the reasons for which you want to change the item. We will provide you with a shipping address immediately. You must send the item in the same packaging in which you covered it and including everything that was in it.
- In the case of wanting to make a change, you will have to do so for a product of the same or higher cost than the one you had first purchased.
- In the case of wanting to make a return, the total price of the product will be refunded.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In this way, the client must send the package to our offices under his responsibility and cost .
- In case of returning a complete order, the shipping price will not be refunded when the purchase has been greater than €40 in Spain.
Return of a defective item
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, attaching a photograph of it.
Our team will contact you as soon as possible and will indicate the steps you must follow to return it. Once the indicated steps have been completed, we will send you the same product completely free of charge.
The return of the damaged item must be made within a maximum period of 7 business days. Once these 7 days have elapsed, the return cannot be made.
Item damaged by someone else's cause
All our products are guaranteed for 30 days from delivery. However, if your product has been damaged for reasons beyond the control of the company (poor care of the jewel, mistreatment of the jewel or falls) the change will not be made.
